Creative Director

Anna Lichnog was born in Olpe/Germany (51° 1' 41.559" N 7° 51' 1.059" ). She studied to be a professional teacher in history and maths, but then – to the joy of her parents – turned to advertising instead of teaching at school.
She started her 10-year-career as a copywriter at DDB, went on to LLR, Heimat Hamburg and then Jung von Matt, where she works now since 5 years as acreative director.
Anna is no-small-talk-lover, but her hands-on-mentality brought her nearly every award one can win in the business. The campaign „The most german supermarket“ for her client EDEKA was the most awarded campaign in Germany 2018 with 50 awards in every colour including Cannes Lions, Clio (Grandprix), Eurobest (Grandprix), OneShow, Effie, New York Festival and many more.
Besides the fact that she really really loves food, she also loves growing new creatives as a teacher for Miami Ad School or as a coach at the JvM Academy.

With over 20 years of global advertising experience on some of the world’s biggest brands, Kim Pick has worked at leading agencies in Australia, Singapore, London, New York and New Zealand.

She has won more than 100 creative and effectiveness awards for her ideas and craft in brand, direct, digital, social and experiential. 

Kim began her international career as a journalist and film critic in New Zealand, before switching to copywriting in Australia. By age 26, she was appointed creative director of Singapore agency McCann Erickson, working on accounts across South East Asia. Moving to the UK, she joined Saatchi & Saatchi London, where was Regional Creative Director on P&G accounts for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Kim was ECD of RAPP New York until 2014, when she returned to the New Zealand industry, joining Colenso BBDO as creative director. She was appointed Executive Creative Director of VMLY&R New Zealand in 2018.

Windy Wu is Marketing General Manager of Meituan Dianping Strategic Account Development Department. Prior to joining Meituan Dianping, Windy was vice president of Fanli.com in charge of branding and PR. Prior to that, she worked at Shanda Networking Group as marketing director. She has rich experience in marketing, branding, PR and sales management of intelligent hardware products, content products and mobile e-commerce. In addition, as an advocate for the idea of online-offline integrated scene marketing, she puts forward “All-life-scenario Marketing Methodology”, and is a member of “50 Presidents’ Forum of China Marketing Research Institute”. She has long served as a jury member of many marketing awards both at home and abroad and won the special award of "Golden Mouse 10th Anniversary-Outstanding Figure in Digital Marketing".

Kenji has been creating work that crosses all borders of advertising, making full use of the latest technology. He is one of the earliest adapters of AR technology in ad campaigns and brought a new perspective to fashion when he created the ‘Asoberu T-shirt', the AR T-shirt series for BEAMS in 2013. More recently, he was behind Google’s ‘KIBO SCIENCE 360’ project, a playful helmet-shaped astronaut experience app.
His clients include Google, JAXA(Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency), SKY PerfecTV!, Recruit, and House Foods. His achievements at award shows include a Grand Prix at Adfest, Gold at One Show, and a Grand Prix at Japan’s biggest award ACC, among many others.
Kenji is also Head of Dentsu Space Lab.
